Apologies for being away from these pages, and for so long. It is hoped that the new site, still very much a work in progress [expect navigation to be shaky at best for a few days], will ultimately be found an improvement for reader and producer both. As has been stated repeatedly on many of the pages of the site for many years

 “Change is not sufficient; we need improvement”.

Since the last entry, much has happened. Much that called for comment. Much that didn’t. Much more for which comment might well have proven folly.

As with the Mueller report. Look at all the fun with that. When would it ultimately show?  Months yet into the future? Soon? What does “soon” really mean? And what would be the chain of events, and the timing of them, between the time Mueller submitted the report, and the time the public might get to see whatever parts of it might then be deemed by all the gatekeepers as fit for consumption by the public? And all that is just about the timing.

The summary by Barr is already being spun at about 5K rpm, alternating between clockwise and counterclockwise…and that dependent on point of view.

It is fascinating to note what little bits are being immediately noted to fit the agenda of the given talking head.

Frankly, history books of even just 30 years from now might offer an interesting and more rational perspective. Right now, those on the political right are crowing about a victory for Trump, and some of those on the left, so far, are largely focusing on continued investigations, even as others grab at straws pretending the facts from the Special Counsel that are of benefit to the other side extend to them. It is all about spin, and the least laudable parts of politics.

Meanwhile, petitions designed to do little things like return the country to Constitutional government in as little as 3 weeks for nothing down and nothing a month, sit…neglected. Just about a week remains in the current window, before those petitions have to be started over and the signature count essentially returns to zero. Take the few minutes to read the petitions [particularly #4], and the support material as you deem appropriate.  Then, as always…in accord with the dictates of conscience [and come back in a week or so for the next window(s), as needed].
