The ghastly shooting incident in Bend, Oregon, just a few days ago, seems to have already disappeared from the radar of “news”.

We cannot help but wonder what is to come of the “good Samaritan” who stopped it.  Will he be sued on one pretense or another?  Other “legal” repercussions?  Will an anti-gun “rent-a-mob” hound him?  Will he experience PTSD?

The news coverage may have largely ended.  But there is much more to the story.
